InsiderIntent surfaces and analyzes publicly-disclosed informed-money activity. It is an information & research tool, published under the publisher's exemption — not personalized investment advice, and not a broker-dealer or investment adviser.

No advice, no warranty

Signals, scores, and validation stats are informational and may be wrong, stale, or incomplete. You make your own decisions; we are not liable for them. Past patterns do not predict future results.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute the data; don't attempt to circumvent the source-licensing walls or access controls; don't abuse the API or rate limits.

Billing

Paid tiers bill through Stripe on a recurring basis after any trial; cancel anytime via the billing portal. Fees already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law.

Accounts

Keep your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account anytime from Account.
